Overview
The programme is designed and delivered through a blended learning approach in collaboration with Public Services Delivery Scotland, the Scottish Government, Deloitte, and the Virginia Mason Institute. Its purpose is to cultivate the next generation of finance leaders within NHS Scotland, equipping high-potential finance professionals with the skills and confidence essential for navigating the future of finance.
Structure
Annual 10-month development programme, including three in-person sessions, virtual facilitated sessions, self-paced learning, case studies and practical application.
Target Group
20 places per annum for Band 6-8B NHS Scotland Finance professionals
