Overview
Designed in collaboration with Public Services Delivery Scotland, the Scottish Government, Deloitte, and the Virginia Mason Institute, the learning approach includes self-paced eLearning modules and expert-led virtual sessions.
Structure
An annual offering of specialist skills programmes, delivered sequentially through two 6-module blocks within 10-month period, facilitated by subject-matter experts and resulting in an NHS Scotland-wide certificate.
Courses are delivered in two annual Themes:
2026 Theme 1: Automation and AI in Finance
2026 Theme 2: Improving Flow in Finance

20-30 places per annum

Nominations will commence from 31st July 2026, for a start of Theme 1 on 6th Oct 2026. [Nomination criteria tbc]
