The Quality Improvement (QI) Zone provides access to practical learning pathways, tools, and resources that build improvement knowledge, skills, and confidence to improve processes and outcomes as part of the services we deliver.
Applying QI methodology will support finance professionals actively improve business processes, reduce waste and inefficiencies and increase the value of the services provided to NHS Scotland.
The Finance and Value Based Health and Care toolkit supports finance professionals across health and social care to embed the principles of Realistic Medicine and Value Based Health and Care into practice. This collection of digital resources will equip finance professionals with the information and tools to contribute directly to fostering Value Based Health and Care and to collaborate effectively with non-finance colleagues.
